iPathway-Guide #

iPathway-Guide is the latest implementation of a new pathway analysis and currently supports Human, Rat, and Mouse genome researches. This technique uses a systems biology approach that takes into consideration the direction and type of every edge on every pathway, the location of every gene, etc. This tool is released by Advaita Bioinformatics Company.

iPathway-Guide produces a “live” report that we can navigate and interrogate in various ways. This report includes a full GO analysis, the impact analysis as mentioned above, as well as the identification of miRNAs that are relevant in the given phenotype and the identification of putative mechanisms of action that would explain all measured gene expression changes. Links to annoted differential gene expression, SNPs, drugs, diseases, literature, etc. are available for all entities (genes, pathways, etc.).

We can do an unlimited number of analyses for free. The results are fully accessible for a few days. We only need to pay something if the results to be stored and accessible for later. iPathwayGuide provides a user-friendly interface to investigate the genes of your interests, saving valuable time and effort.

iPathway-Guide는 "라이브" 레포트를 제공하며, 이를 통해 다양하고 생생한 방법으로 내용을 확인할 수 있다. 해당 리포트는 full GO분석, 위에서 언급한 impact analysis, 표현형과 연관된 miRNA 동정, 그리고 모든 유전자 발현변화 관련 추정 메커니즘을 제공하며, 차등발현유전자, SNPs, drugs, 질병 및 문헌 등 다양한 어노테이션 링크를 추가하였다.

제한없이 무료로 사용가능하며, 결과는 수 일 이내로 모두 접근가능하다. 추후 결과 저장과 접근을 위해서는 비용이 지불될 수 있다.
