qPCR #

qPCR(quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction) 은 Real-time polymerase chain reaction, real-time PCR (RT-PCR)라고도 불린다. 목표 DNA 분자의 증폭과 양의 측정이 동시에 이루어진다. DNA가 실시간 측정되는데, 어떤 DNA 이중나선에도 끼어들 수 있는 형광염색과 올리고뉴클레오티드로 이루어진 서열-특이적 DNA탐침이 필요하다.
